Satisfaction Guarantee

We're not going to put a lot of big words in our guarantee to make it sound better, and you're not going to have to read a lot of legal stuff you don't care about. You want to know what happens if you're not happy. Well here it is, our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee:

Wrong Item / Wrong Color / I'm just not happy

Simple. Return your order within 30 days for an exchange or refund. It's that easy. Your item(s) just have to be in new, un-used condition and that's it.

Manufacturer's Defect / Quality Problems

We guarantee every product we sell for 90 days. If your product falls apart, doesn't work or it has any other manufacturer's defect, we will gladly replace it. If you're not sure whether the manufacturer's guarantee covers it or not, just give us a call at (480) 445-9297!

Returns and Shipping

While we accept returns and exchanges we do not pay return shipping or refund shipping charges. We pass our exact shipping costs onto our customers and cannot make any refunds. Closeouts

As of right now we are not currently accepting refunds with closeout merchandise.
