Dome Tents

Some dome tents come with a number of luxuries, and these luxuries naturally lead to a higher price tag. Luxury dome tents will typically be quite large, and may be comprised of as much as 128 square feet inside the interior. Some dome tents use an umbrella structure, which provides a lot of added protection in rainy environments. The doors may be quite large, and this makes entry and exit easy and quick. Luxury dome tents may come with areas which features rings, meaning you can hang things up. While the frame will most often be made out of steel, it may also be constructed from aluminum as well. One feature which is very important is fire resistance, which high quality dome tents have.

When you purchase a dome tent, there are a number of features that you should look for. First, the tent needs to be resistant to weather. The last thing you want is for rain or moisture to become present inside. Second, the tent should be durable. It doesn't do you much good to purchase a tent which will fall apart as soon as a strong gust of wind hits it. A bigger tent is also better, as it provides more space and privacy as well. You should also look for tents which are easy to assemble. Taking two hours to put together a tent is frustrating, to say the least. It is also critical that the tent have protection against annoying insects, as you don't want bees, mosquitoes, or other unwelcome guests visiting your temporary home.
